One day options available (Monday or Tuesday, either includes lunch): $100; Students $50.
Sunday, September 22
Join us from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. as we kick off the 2024 Iowa Museum Association Annual Conference at the General Dodge House, 605 S 3rd St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. Snacks, appetizers, and beverages will be provided. Optional activities include a tour of the General Dodge House (three floors, only the first floor is handicap accessible) and the August Beresheim House.
Monday, September 23
We will divide our day Monday between the Pottawattamie Arts Culture & Entertainment Hoff Family Center (PACE) and the Lewis & Clark Trail Headquarters. From key speakers, to breakout sessions, to informal networking opportunities, you'll have an opportunity to enjoy museums, learn, and mingle with colleagues. Vendors will participate Monday at PACE only. The IMA Annual Meeting, awards, and elections will take place during lunch Monday at PACE.

Tuesday, September 24
Day two will include both learning sessions and self-guided tours. We will start our morning at the Council Bluffs Public Library and Union Pacific Railroad Museum, 200 Pearl Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. Following a progressive box lunch at the Union Pacific Railroad Museum and Squirrel Cage Jail and early afternoon break out sessions, registrants will be released at 2:30 p.m. to choose their own destinations among many local museums and attractions.
