Opportunity for Exhibitors

The Iowa Museum Association Conference is the largest gathering of museum industry professionals and volunteers in the state.  Average attendance over the seventeen years statistics have been kept is 113, with a high of 165 .  Businesses and consultants who work with the museum industry are invited to participate as sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and conference attendees.

In 2024, the conference will again move between multiple locations.  Understanding the challenge that presents for exhibitors, they will join the conference only on Monday, September 23, at Pottawattamie Arts Culture Entertainment (PACE), 1001 S 6th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501.  Exhibitors will set up about 8 a.m. and tear down at 2:00 p.m.  Exhibitors should bring their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.  Nothing may be attached to the walls. 

Exhibitors will receive a free 1/4 page ad in the conference program.  Deadline for all ad copy and graphics is August 1, 2024.

The cost to have an exhibitor space is $150.00.  Exhibitor spaces will be located to ensure maximum interaction and from 1-2 p.m. registrants will have a dedicated hour to visit with exhibitors.
