Vesterheim
seeks a Folk Art Education Program Coordinator-Onsite Learning and Engagement
who will assist in promoting the Folk Art program through onsite learning and
engagement initiatives, bringing people to Vesterheim’s campus, scheduling
onsite programs with instructors, helping manage class and event registrations
and studio organization for onsite classes and events. This position will help
build and maintain audiences through program development and educational
initiatives highlighting our collection and promoting in-person folk art
education.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in art, art
administration, art education, education, or related field, a high degree of
comfort with technology and data management including Microsoft Office, Zoom,
and content management systems, and enjoy working with the public.
This is a
full-time position reporting to the Director of Folk Art Education and requires
