The Muscatine Art Center is looking for two part-time interns for this summer. 

Part-time Summer Internship – Collections
The intern will report to the Collections Manager and assist with Collections Management projects. A stipend of $4,500 is available for a commitment of 20 hours per week for approximately 12 weeks. The schedule is flexible and may include some remote work. The internship may begin as early as the week of May 19, 2025 and should conclude no later than the week of August 11, 2025. The expectation is that the intern will work 250 hours, and the intended duration may be adjusted based on the individual needs of the intern.

Part-time Summer Internship – Programs and Education
The intern will report to the Education Coordinator and assist with programming for children including studio classes, outreach, summer tours, and events. A stipend of $3,000 is available for a commitment of 175 hours during the months of June, July, and August. The schedule is flexible so long as hours occur Tuesday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. with potentially some evenings and weekends for special events. The expectation is that the intern will work 175 hours, and the intended duration may be adjusted based on the individual needs of the intern.
